This lot comes from our long-time Ethiopian supply partner, Testi Coffee, a family-owned company founded by Faysel Yonis. Around 500 small-scale farmers deliver their cherries to Testi's Yaye washing station in the Sidama region, where this coffee was processed using the natural method — the cherries sun-dried whole in the fruit and turned regularly to ensure an even, consistent dry. The result is a sweet, floral and vibrant filter coffee.
