SPECIAL FRUITY FILTER BLEND

Our Special Release Filter Blend brings together a Colombia washed wine-yeast Castillo and an Ethiopian Landrace variety, roasted light to spotlight clarity and fruit. In the cup, a lift of watermelon and honey dew opens into fruity hard candy, all wrapped in a juicy texture. It's super-sweet, with a lingering and refreshing finish-simply delicious.

PROCESS: WASHED WINE YEAST

They pulp ripe, sorted cherries and inoculate the wet-fermentation with wine yeast; many washed lots are co-fermented with fruit to steer aromatics.

VARIETY: ETHIOPIA LANDRACE

High in the hills of Guji, wild coffee trees grow beneath forest shade. Their mixed landrace genetics carry whispers of jasmine, citrus blossom, and ripe peach.

Carefully washed, the cup turns bright, tea-like, and beautifully clear. A gentle, elegant expression of Ethiopia's ancient coffee soul.
