Edinson Argote carries the skillset honed at Granja Paraiso 92 into his own Finca Quebraditas, pushing this Sidra through an advanced natural process that lands somewhere between confectionery and perfume. Expect Turkish delight and rosewater up front, lychee and candyfloss grape through the middle, and a redcurrant snap on the finish. A showpiece coffee for filter — best treated gently to let the aromatics carry.
