He has approximately 5,000 two- to five-year-old trees per hectare, regularly growing Colombia, Geisha, Pink Bourbon, and Sidra varieties. He also grows avocados and sells them locally.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eProcessing:\u003c\/strong\u003e This Pink Bourbon micro-lot is hand-selected and floated to remove lower-density beans, then placed in plastic bags for 36 hours.
