Canta Ranas — Colombia Washed Chiroso

Peach and melon with a sweet, floral finish.

This special microlot was produced by Edward Sandoval on his estate, Canta Ranas, in the foothills of the Los Nevados National Natural Park. Edward — described by export partner Pergamino as "a rare breed of coffee producer" — spent over a decade refining the farm's infrastructure and cultivation after acquiring the long-abandoned property. This lot is 100% Chiroso, a variety he favours for its high productivity in Tolima's cool climate and its uniquely floral, complex cup. Washed and carefully dried in a purpose-built greenhouse.
